Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend scheduling an appointment to minimize wait times, but we do accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. Emergency cases are always seen immediately.
What should I bring to my pet’s first visit?
Please bring any previous medical records, a list of current medications, and your pet in a carrier or on a leash. Arriving 10 minutes early helps us get you checked in smoothly.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We partner with CareCredit and Scratchpay to offer flexible financing options. We also accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
What types of pets do you treat?
We primarily treat dogs and cats, but also see rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and other small mammals. Please call ahead for exotic species so we can ensure the right specialist is available.
How do I handle a pet emergency after hours?
